1. Using this site

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Redeemiles ("we," "us") for travel help. By doing either, you agree to them.

2. Who we are

Redeemiles is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, hotel company, bank, or rewards program and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any of them. We do not operate flights or hotels.

3. Our services

We give travel advice and, at your request, book flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages, paid with miles, points, cash, or a mix. Each booking is also a contract between you and the supplier involved, whose rules, fees, and policies apply. We are not responsible for a supplier's schedules, changes, or service.

4. Miles, points, and availability

Award availability, point costs, and program rules are set by each program and can change at any time, including after we have spoken with you. Nothing we say is a guarantee until a booking is confirmed.

5. Fees

Talking with us is free. If you book through us, we will tell you our service fee and any taxes or carrier charges we know about before you pay. We will never charge a fee you have not been told about.

6. Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information, review every confirmation we send, and make sure you meet passport, visa, and entry requirements for your trip.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Redeemiles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, or from the acts or omissions of any airline, hotel, or other supplier.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page.
